Our Mission

Help People
Finish Strong

Most people wait until January to reset their goals. By then, the momentum is gone, buried under holiday chaos and year-end fatigue.

Until November exists to reclaim Q4. September and October are your last clear months to salvage the year. We provide the tools, frameworks, and accountability systems to help you close the gap before the holiday slowdown.

This isn't about grinding yourself into burnout. It's about clarity: deciding what matters, what's salvageable, and what you'll actually finish before November 1st.

How This Site Is Built

Static-First,
Low Friction

LIGHT FRONT END

Vanilla HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Until November is built without front-end frameworks or build tooling. Pages are plain HTML, served as static files. The result is a fast, predictable site that works across modern browsers without any setup on your end.

YOUR PROGRESS STAYS LOCAL

Checklist state never leaves your browser.

When you check items on the year-end checklists, that state is saved in your browser's localStorage. It is not sent to any server. Clearing your browser storage resets your checklists; we have no copy and no way to recover them.

ANALYTICS AND ADS

Transparent about third-party services.

The site uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage and Google AdSense to display ads that help fund the project. Both rely on cookies. The full list of data, cookies, and your opt-out options are documented on the Privacy and Cookies pages.

Frequently Asked

Questions &
Answers

Is it free?

Yes. All tools, checklists, countdowns, and design resources are free forever. No paywalls, no premium tiers, no hidden costs.

What data do you collect?

Your checklist progress is stored only in your browser's localStorage. The site uses Google Analytics for aggregate traffic measurement and Google AdSense for advertising โ€” both of which use cookies. The full breakdown and opt-out options are on the Privacy and Cookies pages.

Can I copy the autumn palettes into my project?

Yes. The hex values, gradient definitions, and SVG patterns on the design system page are free to use in personal or commercial work. There's no attribution requirement, though a link back is always appreciated.

What happens after November?

The site stays live year-round. Countdown targets update automatically for the next year's Q4, so the homepage, day pages, and checklists remain useful when you come back next September or October. Editorial pages are reviewed periodically and dated accordingly.

How is the content produced?

Pages are written and edited by the Until November editorial team using general, widely available knowledge about year-end planning, autumn traditions, and historical dates. Date-specific entries draw on standard reference material. Pages are dated with a "Last reviewed" line so you can see when they were last checked.

How do I report an error or suggest a topic?

Use the contact page to send corrections, suggest checklists, or request a date page be expanded. We read every message and prioritize factual corrections first.
