How Until November handles data, cookies, analytics, advertising, and your privacy rights.

Last reviewed on May 11, 2026

This page explains what information Until November collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. It applies to untilnovember.com and any sub-paths under that domain.

1. Who runs this site

Until November is an editorial site about Q4 planning, year-end checklists, and autumn-themed design resources. Inquiries can be sent to [email protected]. The operating entity is based in [Jurisdiction].

2. Information collected

The site does not require an account, and there is no contact form on the site itself. The data that does flow through the site falls into three groups:

  • Information stored locally on your device. When you check items on a year-end checklist, that progress is saved in your browser's localStorage. It never reaches our servers. Clearing your browser data clears it permanently, and we cannot recover it.
  • Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the site logs information your browser sends with every request: IP address, user-agent string, referring URL, timestamps, and the page you visited. This is used to operate the site, prevent abuse, and produce aggregate statistics.
  • Information collected through third parties. Google Analytics and Google AdSense set cookies and may collect additional data; see sections 4 and 5 below.

3. How information is used

Information collected through the site is used to:

  • Deliver the requested pages and assets.
  • Measure aggregate usage so that popular content can be improved and unused features dropped.
  • Serve relevant advertising via Google AdSense.
  • Investigate technical errors, security issues, and abusive traffic.

Personal data is not sold. It is not rented to third parties for their own marketing.

4. Cookies and analytics

Until November uses cookies for analytics and advertising. A short summary follows; the Cookie Policy contains the full list and opt-out steps.

  • Google Analytics (GA4). Used to measure aggregate site usage. It sets identifiers that distinguish visitors and sessions. IP addresses are processed by Google but, under current Google Analytics settings, are not stored in full.
  • Google AdSense. Used to display ads on the site. Google and its partners may set cookies to serve and measure ads.
  • Functional storage. The site uses localStorage โ€” not cookies โ€” to remember your checklist progress on your own device.

5. Google AdSense and ad personalization

Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to Until November visitors based on their visit to this site and other sites on the internet.

You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ad Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at aboutads.info or youronlinechoices.com. For more on how Google uses information from sites that use its services, see policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

6. Third-party services

The following third-party services are loaded by the site:

  • Google Fonts โ€” typography. Google may receive request information when fonts are loaded.
  • Google Analytics โ€” aggregate analytics.
  • Google AdSense โ€” advertising.

Each provider operates under its own privacy policy. Google's policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.

7. Your rights

GDPR (European Economic Area and the UK). If you are in the EEA or the UK, you have rights to access, correct, port, delete, and object to processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. The legal bases used are: legitimate interests for analytics and site operations, and consent for personalized advertising where required.

CCPA / CPRA (California). California residents have rights to know what categories of personal information are collected, request deletion, opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (including cross-context behavioral advertising), and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

To exercise any right, email [email protected] from the address you want the request to apply to. Reasonable verification may be required.

8. Retention

Server logs are retained for the period necessary to operate the site and investigate abuse, typically no longer than twelve months. Aggregate analytics data is retained according to the retention settings configured in Google Analytics (currently the default in GA4). Local checklist data on your own device is retained until you clear it.

9. Children

The site is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK). Personal data is not knowingly collected from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and the information will be deleted.

10. Changes

This policy may be updated as the site or applicable law evolves. The "Last reviewed" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be noted in the page itself.

11. Privacy contact

Privacy questions and data requests: [email protected].
