What to write about
The inbox is monitored for a few specific kinds of message, and those tend to get a faster reply:
- Factual corrections. If a historical date, observance, or detail on one of the day pages looks wrong, point us at the page and what should change.
- Checklist suggestions. Tell us which persona you'd like to see covered (e.g., parents, teachers, freelancers) or which task is missing from an existing list.
- Palette and design requests. If you'd like a new autumn palette added to the design system, send the hex codes and a short description.
- Privacy and data requests. Questions about analytics, ads, cookies, or any rights described on the Privacy page.
- Partnerships and inquiries. Brief, specific notes only — please skip generic outreach.
Response time
Most messages are answered within a few business days. Corrections are prioritized over feature suggestions, and outreach about advertising is handled separately. If a message doesn't fit any of the categories above, it may not receive a reply.
No contact form, on purpose
We deliberately don't run a web form on this page. Email keeps the conversation in your own client, with full context and a thread you can refer back to. It also avoids collecting personal information through the site itself.
